Our recent stay at the resort was enjoyable overall, especially because of the spacious rooms and the many fun family activities available. However, we did experience some hiccups with customer service during check-in, and some updates to the facilities would really enhance the experience. The kitchen amenities were great for making our meals, which provided good value for our stay.
